Proposal: a 38 storey building fronting on John Street, with a 5 storey podium component to the west.
A total of 334 residential units and 1,070 square meters of non-residential floor area
Proposal a 35 storey building.
A total of 322 residential units with 4, 459 square meters of non-residential floor area.
Proposal: 44-storey mixed use building with a total of 452 dwelling units and 885 square meters of retail space.

Proposal: 42-storey building with retail and restaurant floor area, 443 residential units and 104 hotel units.
- 355 King Street Westand 119 Blue Jays Way
Proposal: two mixed use towers having heights of 48 and 18 storeys.
A total of 486 residential units, 111 hotel units and 1, 170 square meters of non-residential floor area.
