Toronto Real Estate Condos and Houses in Trinity-Spadina

Thank you for visiting my Exclusive Condo Section

I have prepared an exclusive "Condo Section" on my website   The Condo Market is very different from purchasing a Freehold Home".   It is extremely important to understand all of the variables relating to a Condominium purchase and the mechanics/operations of your new Condo Corporation, Board of Directors, Property Management and your annual budgets.  How does all of these operate together to ensure that your investment is protected and you are living in a building you can be proud of?    There are a few high density condo districts in the City of Toronto.  In particular the Trinity-Spadina Riding as outlined below.   The Central Toronto up to and including Yorkville and northbound towards Sheppard and Finch have experienced the highest Condo growth in the City of Toronto.     For specific information on any Condominium please drop me an email at anytime.

I look forward to hearing from you.                   Regards

                                                      Linda Pinizzotto

HST AND CONDOMINIUM LIVING

Are you aware how the HST will impact condo Owners?  In less than a year all condo owners will experience approximately 7% increase on their maintenance

fee to cover the service-related costs of their Annual Operating Budgets and Reserve Funds.  Maintenance fees will also include their standard inflationary increase

customary with Condominium Operating Budgets.
