On April 22, 2009 Condo Owners from  formed a Condo Owners Association  to address the shortfalls of the Condominium Act and to advocate change by creating a strong and persuasive voice to all levels of Government. The First Executive of this Association 

The Association is forming a network of membership across the riding of Owners and Boards Members from approximately 200 condominiums in Trinity-Spadina alone and expects to expand throughout Ontario.. Their first objective is to address the negative impact of the Harmonized Sales Tax and support change of the Condominium Act.

Our Mission is to provide a community based assistance to individual owners of condominiums in as well as to lobby the Government of Ontario to update the current legislation in order to better protect condo owners.

The Condo Owners Association is a Registered Non Profit Association.

Changes such as:

1. To create a Governmental Enforcement Mechanism
2. To have clear definitions to many sections of the "Condominium Act."
3. To have one standard "Declaration" to all the Condominiums.
